Welcome to the website of GRC Tri. We are a small, friendly and inclusive triathlon club based in West Lothian.  Get in touch to find out more!

You’ll find our latest news, photos and other posts on our Facebook page and in the News Feed.

Upcoming events

Our next event is the 2017 Triathlon – Sunday 25th June will see the 5th GRC Tri Fauldhouse Sprint Triathlon. This event is an ideal introduction to Triathlon but also a keen test to a seasoned athlete.

We are also running our Junior Aquathlon on Sunday 1st October 2017. This event is part of the Triathlon Scotland Legends ranking series.

Intro to Triathlon

The club will run an intro to Triathlon on 13th May 2017 at Fauldhouse partnership centre. This is an ideal preparation for novices to learn what to expect on the day of their first Triathlon. It will involve demonstrations and discussion along with some swimming, cycling and running. You will learn about transitions, rules and become familiar with the event course. The session will start at 11.30 and end around 4.30pm.

    Hi Neil,

Thank you for raising this motion! We all felt it was a great success, and we are honoured to have had this motion put forward to Parliament! We are planning future events, not least our Junior Aquathon next Month!

    Kind regards
    Glenn
